I was born on August 4, 1987 in Los Angeles, Ca at Cedars Sinai (the hospital that got blown up in the movie Volcano to help block the lava flow). When I was 1 I moved to Beverlywood in West LA. I went to preschool at the Westside Jewish Community Center where I have many memories of singing "Die! Die Aynoo!" when I was actually singing "Dayenu". After preschool I spent the next 3 years at Castle Heights playing the "Kissy Game" with the boys in kindergarten, doing flips on the bars in first grade, and spilling chocolate milk all over the place in the office, only to get yelled at by the mean nurse who was more inconvenienced with my back surgery than I was. Apparently my 7 year old friends and I where too noisy so I had to eat by myself. The summer between 2nd and 3rd grade I moved to Oak Park. I met Dani and Stacey at Sunny Skies when I tripped in a ditch after I told myself to be careful of the ditch cuz another girl had just tripped in it too. But Dani and Stacey where right there to catch me...well not exactly but they did walk me to the office where I got both knees, elbows, palms, and lip cleaned up. Finished up elementary school at Oak Hills and was moderately happy there. Then comes Medea Creek. To make it short.........I was called "back brace girl", was told to go away at lunch, ate by myself, had bottle caps and staples thrown at me....I could go on but I think that pretty much sums it up. Half way through 8th grade, I had had enough! So I switched schools to Sequoia where Dani and Stacey where going. What a difference! I was in the Wiz at Sequoia Meddle School and then entered 9th grade at Newbury Park High School where I became best friends with Amy. At NPHS I was on the tennis team for all 4 years. I also was in the cast of Bye Bye Birdie in 2002 and Witness for the Prosecution in 2003. In the 03/04 school year I started a Comedy Sportz team at my school. I worked really hard but had very little student support and in the end it sorta flopped. But I learned a lot about being a leader and now I will be able to lead that much better next time. My senior year has been the best in so many ways and also the worst in so many ways. First the good things: I got my license on the first day of school so I could finally drive my Mazda 3. I made a few new friends. I was in Anatomy and Physiology and I was in the top 7 of my class so I got to go to the cadaver dissection which was really awesome. Also decided I wanted to be more active in my youth group and now I am so sad I didn't join sooner...like in 9th grade. AETY is so amazing. I love you guys! Fall Kallah was fun and I don't think there are even words for Convention. Wait wait! I have a few: "If you're gunna come into our room every single night, can you at least come up with some knew questions?" - Rebecca. I am currently spending a very lazy summer feeling very bored and missing my friends (especially Alex) because most of them are in Europe (esp. Israel) or at sleep away camp. In August, I am going up to Washington State University in Pullman. I will be majoring in neuroscience. One of the first things I am going to do after I move in is join Hillel. College is going to be so amazing for me and I can't wait to meet all the people that will make it just that! And last but not least...GO COUGS!!!
