Most people are unaware that slavery still exists all over the world today, including in the United States. Until very recently, I was included in the unaware. Then I went to NFTY SoCal Fall Kallah 2004. There we learned about modern day slavery. There are an estimated 27 MILLION PEOPLE in slavery today. You CAN make a difference and now that you know, it is your RESPONSIBILITY to make a difference. Learn as much as you can and share everything you learn with others. Nothing can change if you keep quite. The world must know what is going on!
